Partington Theatre runs workshops for our junior members to encourage and introduce children from the age of seven upwards to the art of dramatic performance.
The Workshop aims are;
1, To develop dramatic skills and techniques.
2, To develop a positive awareness of others.
3, To learn to work positively and productively with others
4, To develop self-confidence.
5, To learn that effective performance in public requires a structured and disciplined approach, and when opportunity arises gain experience of public performance.
All workshops are run on a TUESDAY evening (details are below) and our leaders are qualified drama teachers who have the required skills to pass on the knowledge they have to the students.
These Tuesday sessions are very popular and we usually have a waiting list for members to join. Please enquire about joining via our secretary.
